Broadway honors it's star and mourns a loss....

Yesterday, Broadway fell dark when the lights went dim honoring the legendary Natasha Richardson. The star was only 45 when she died Wednesday, after falling in a ski accident in Montreal.

Her husband Liam Neeson was visibly grief stricken as he witnessed the industry's solemn act in homage to it's fallen star. Although on hand for the event, Neeson spoke briefly only to Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband, Matthew Broderick, before leaving moments later in his vehicle.

The Daily News reported, "The Broadway community is shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic loss of one of our finest young actresses," by Charlotte St. Martin, who heads The Broadway League.
